Its Simple
You call or email us and we will arrange a meeting at a time that works for you. We work outside business hours- you can come to our office or we can come to you.
Just like heading into your branch we will sit down with you and go through your loan options. The major difference here is we have 12 lenders on our system so can offer you rates from many lenders in the one meeting.
The cost?
JCJ charges nothing for helping you get the right loan!
We don’t charge you anything for using the services and tapping into the expertise of a Mortgage and Finance Broker.
JCJ get paid a commission by the lender when you receive your loan, but we don’t charge you a fee for your appointment or for our service nor will any lender charge you an additional fee for using a mortgage broker.
Below is a list of information you may need to provide when applying for your loan. Some lenders may ask for additional information on your individual situation. Your broker will advise you what is needed as you proceed through the home loan application process.
- 100 points ID (Passport/Drivers licence/Australian State or Territory proof of age card)
- Last 2 pay slips
- Last group certificate
- Last 2 years tax returns ( some lenders do not require this )
- Savings statement
- Credit card statements
